The European project ElectriCars VET Hub, an Erasmus+ initiative, coordinated by Xarxa FP, which has worked to prepare vocational training for the green and digital transformation of the automotive sector, will come to an end on September 30, 2026. During these two years, European partners have collaborated to identify needs and new skills in the electric vehicle sector in Finland, Estonia, Italy, Romania and Spain, develop training resources for teachers and test new learning approaches linked to electric mobility, specifically with regard to the new regulation and safety measures for electric and hybrid vehicles.
The project leaves as a legacy a pilot course and online training materials aimed at teachers of VET cycles in Transport and Vehicles, Electricity and Electronics or Mechanical Manufacturing.
