The BCN Vocational Training Foundation participated in Innobus Empresarial, an initiative that brought together 25 executives from the region for a visit to two leading companies in industrial innovation: Schneider Electric, in Sant Boi de Llobregat, and Wallbox, located in the Zona Franca industrial area.
This experience enabled us to gain first-hand insight into how industry is being transformed through electrification, smart energy, and digitalization, as well as to better understand their models of innovation, growth, and international expansion.
For the Foundation, participating in initiatives of this kind is strategic. It allows us to strengthen the link between the business community and the vocational education and training system, identify emerging talent and skills needs, and continue working to ensure that VET responds to the real challenges faced by companies in the region.
Direct engagement with leading companies helps us anticipate trends and promote vocational training that is aligned with the industry of today and tomorrow.
