Today we received a visit from José Luis Durán, president of the Vocational Training Qualification Agency of Catalonia (FPCAT), who shared with us the main updates of the 5th General Plan of the FPCAT system 2025-2028.
During the meeting, Durán explained the strategic lines that will shape the future of vocational training in Catalonia in the coming years, emphasizing the adaptation of the system to the needs of the productive sector, the improvement of employability, and the strengthening of VET as a key tool for social and economic transformation.
The new plan aims to consolidate a more flexible, innovative, and territory-connected VET model, capable of responding to the current and future challenges of the labor market.
