The International FP Talent mobility project aims to build excellent professional pathways and promote high-quality labour market insertion for young people graduated in vocational education and training through:
- Language training in German or Danish and interculturality.
- Personalised support and tutoring.
- A 6-week professional internship programme.
- The possibility of a training and apprenticeship employment contract of around 12 months in a German or Danish company.
- Once the approximately 12 months have been completed (depending on the professional profile), there will be the possibility of obtaining the recognition of the Catalan VET qualification in Germany or Denmark.
WHAT IS THE PROJECT TIMELINE?
- Information sessions and submission of documentation for registration: from February 2026 to March/April 2026.
- Selection interviews: March/April 2026.
- Intensive, subsidised German or Danish course: From May to October 2026.
- 6 weeks of subsidised professional placement in Germany or Denmark: October–November or November–December 2026.
- Possible training employment contract + recognition of the Catalan VET qualification in Germany/Denmark (from 9 to 15 months in a company, depending on the qualification): from 2026 to November/December 2027.
WHAT ARE THE PARTICIPATION CRITERIA?
The participation criteria are as follows:
Be between 18 and 29 years old.
Hold EU nationality.
Be motivated.
Hold (or graduate this year from) one of the following vocational training programmes:
- Intermediate VET in Bodywork
- Intermediate VET in Road Freight and Passenger Transport Driving
- Intermediate VET in Cooking and Gastronomy
- Intermediate VET in Restaurant Services
- Intermediate VET in Bakery, Pastry and Confectionery
- Intermediate VET in Vehicle Electromechanics
- Intermediate VET in Heat Production Installations
- Intermediate VET in Telecommunications Installations
- Intermediate VET in Electrical and Automated Installations
- Intermediate VET in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Installations
- Intermediate VET in Machining
- Intermediate VET in Restaurant Services
- Intermediate VET in Welding and Boilermaking
- Advanced VET in Industrial Automation and Robotics
- Advanced VET in Automotive Engineering
- Advanced VET in Metal Constructions
- Advanced VET in Kitchen Management
- Advanced VET in Restaurant Services Management
- Advanced VET in Mechanical Manufacturing Design
- Advanced VET in Early Childhood Education
- Advanced VET in Energy Efficiency and Solar Thermal Energy
- Advanced VET in Maintenance of Thermal and Fluid Installations
- Advanced VET in Electronic Maintenance
- Advanced VET in Industrial Mechatronics
- Advanced VET in Production Programming in Mechanical Manufacturing
- Advanced VET in Telecommunications and IT Systems
