During March, the last two workshops of the “Pre-consolida” program were held at the Barcelona Activa Convent. This program of three workshops, which is part of the FPemprèn Awards, is aimed at all students participating in this year’s edition of the Awards, as well as the tutors of the projects submitted.

The second session focused on improving the structure and content of the economic and financial plan. Led by Francesc Turró, president of ASENCAT, students were able to demonstrate the business model, determine economic/financial viability, and project the future in order to have the company valued by third parties. In addition, Barcelona Activa explained how the Online Business Plan works, a comprehensive tool that serves as a guide for developing and implementing a business project.

The third session, led by Juan Álvarez de Lara, CEO and founder of Solvere Capital, focused on improving the communication aspect of the project and the structure of the marketing plan, as well as the actions that comprise it. In addition, we had the expertise of two entrepreneurs: Pablo Quijano, co-founder of Las Jellys, and Pilar Moliné, Founder and CEO of Becadvisor, who explained their companies and the steps they took to get where they are today.
